the staff was always helpful. when i left my phone in the room, they mailed it to me. breakfast had great options like full english, continental food, and fruit. i loved that there was a spot in the hotel for drinks with my dogs! a nice park sat just down the street, and onsite parking existed.
the sauna and steam room were out of service, a little disappointing.

the hotel is near bus stops, it makes it easy to get around. it is also a short walk to the town center and the beaches, this makes exploring very convenient! there is also a nice park nearby.

The barman luke was notably nice and exceedingly helpful. My daughter was particularly happy at the hotel. kim at breakfast proved lovely and consistently helpful to us. everything was undeniably great. All the staff were friendly, and the pool was fantastic.
I found the bed very uncomfortable. It creaked every time you moved. i could also audibly hear the room above. It looked they were experiencing a similar issue.

The building seemed quite run down. The carpets was tired, worn, and filthy. I almost broke an ankle on an uneven part of the floor entering the bar.

The hotel's location worked well for exploring the area. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection of options, including hot and cold dishes.
The small lift created delays, especially during peak hours. Navigating with luggage became a little frustrating. A larger or additional lift would improve the experience.

the room felt large and tidy i celebrated my 65th birthday the staff was attentive kate helped with email coordination abby offered excellent food service staff all around was helpful there was an amazing service provided here. the room had a big bath i enjoyed the inclusive swimming pool sauna and steam room facilities this was really great. breakfast had good variety though hot chocolate was absent and there was no latte anymore these were minor inconveniences.

The location was definitely convenient, especially being so close to the beach. I appreciated the breakfast buffet, it offered a good variety of choices. The staff were helpful when I needed directions around the area. it was a great help.
The sauna was quite small. It only fit about three people and there was often a queue to use it. The car park was also small. I paid £15 per day. IT was a LOT. There was no available parking around the side streets, so I couldn't use my car.
